In a fire condition, the Gexol® flame retardant system produces less toxic and less corrosive gases, vital for the safety of any new build. Flame retardant to IEC 332-3 category A and IEEE 1202, Gexol® cable is suitable for use in Class I, Division 1 and Zone 1 environments, and can be supplied armoured and sheathed.
Gexol® cable is also certified by Det Norske Veritas (DNV), Lloyd’s Register of Shipping and American Bureau of Shipping (ABS).
